一气体增压泵和气液增压缸之工作原理不同

气体增压泵工作原理:这种以压缩空气为动力源的活塞式增压泵,当进气时增压气控阀的阀芯往复切换工作,控制增压阀活塞以极快的速度作往复动作,随着输出压力增大,活塞往复速度减慢直到停止。此时,增压阀输出压力达到恒定,能量消耗达到低,各部件停止工作;而且无论由于什么原因导致保压回路压力下降,增压阀都会自动启动,补充泄漏压力,保持回路压力恒定。

As the output pressure increases, the reciprocating speed of the piston slows down until it stops. 气液增压缸工作原理:气液增压缸是将一油压缸与增压器作一体式相结合,利用增压器的大小不同受压截面面积之比,以及帕斯卡能源守衡原理而工作。因为压力不变,当受压面积由大变小时,则压强也会随大小不同而变化的原理,从而达到将气压压力提高到数十倍的压力效果,以预压式增压缸为例:当工作气压压在液压油(或活塞)表面时,液压油会压缩空气作用而流向预压行程腔,此时液压油会迅速推动式件作位移,当工作位移遇到阻力大于气压压力时缸则停止动作,此时,增压缸的增压腔因为电信号(或气动信号)动作,开始增压从而达到成型产品的目的。

Because the pressure remains constant, when the pressure area changes from large to small, the pressure will also change with different sizes, achieving the pressure effect of increasing the air pressure to tens of times. For example, with a pre compressed booster cylinder, when the working air pressure is pressed on the surface of the hydraulic oil (or piston), the hydraulic oil will compress the air and flow to the pre compressed stroke chamber. At this time, the hydraulic oil will quickly push the component to move, When the working displacement encounters resistance greater than the air pressure, the cylinder stops acting. At this time, the boosting chamber of the boosting cylinder starts to pressurize due to electrical signals (or pneumatic signals) to achieve the purpose of forming the product.
