Author Matthew Butterick, an attorney and Harvard-trained typographer, dispelled the myth that legal documents are incompatible with excellent typography. Butterick explained how to get professional results with the tools you already have quickly and easily.

The New Yorker Book of Lawyer Cartoons (1996)
Perhaps Shakespeare said it best–“first, kill all the lawyers.” Now, the profession we most love to hate is hilariously portrayed by some of the greatest cartoonists of our time, including James Thurber and Charles Addams, in this small-format collection of cartoons taken from the pages of The New Yorker magazine.

The Introverted Lawyer: A Seven Step Journey Toward Authentically Empowered Advocacy (2017)
A stereotype bias exists in law school and legal practice favoring the garrulous extrovert. While loquacious law students, professors, lawyers, and judges thrive in a world dominated by the Socratic Method and rapid-fire oral discourse, quiet thinkers and writers can become sidelined.
Haikus For Lawyers (2018)

The Shotgun Lawyer (2018)
Personal injury attorney Peter Game has a reputation: cynical, untroubled by ethics, and willing to take any case, anytime, in his pursuit of the win. He dreams of a sweetheart score that’ll make his name and net him millions. Then comes the lightning rod: a school shooting just outside of Salt Lake City. His client: the devastated mother of one of the victims. What she wants is understandable—just not simple: to sue the manufacturers of the automatic weapon used in the mass killing.
